  • Appointment Punctuality: If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule or join our Walk-in List.
  • No Refunds: Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will address any concerns and make it right.

  • Damage Compensation: Customers must compensate for any salon products damaged during their visit (such as broken nail polish).
  • Children: Please supervise children to prevent injury or damage.
